Lots of laughter
We’re a womens’ language travel organisation that cuts out the dull stuff in favour of full cultural immersion in an interactive way that will engage, excite and invite you to use your new language skills. We arrange beautiful accommodations and the locals you’ll meet through us won’t just be your language teachers.
At LaLaLupa we run 5 and 10 day programmes in Sicily and Andalusia. In the mornings, we have class with certified, professional native language teachers and in the afternoons, we head out into the city for workshops, tours and activities run by locals exclusively for the “students” of our school. In these activities, you’ll apply what you learnt in the mornings’ lessons - no tests, no grammar-checking, no text books - just a lot of laughter (and most certainly new skills, too).
Authentic experiences
If you want to discover the place in which you’re studying, we’re the ones to seek out the locals, the best hidden cafes for a morning espresso, the most charming restaurants only frequented by locals. As well as being language enthusiasts, we’re also dedicated travellers that want an authentic experience of a place. Away from your day-to-day, we encourage you to feel, see, hear and smell the language of your favourite country. We want you to live it.
Our own proven methods of conversation-focused lessons with practice after class means that learning a language with us takes minimal effort with maximum result. We’re not about fine tuning or even mastering syntax and grammar. We want to communicate. For this, we believe your last mistake is your best teacher.
Charity
We do local charity. Charity funds will be distributed to local womens’ charities to provide safe houses for women suffering from domestic violence.
